Aditi spent over a decade working across product and risk and compliance roles in Indian technology and financial services companies before starting Oregula. That combination, hands-on product experience alongside time spent in risk and compliance reviews, is what shaped how Oregula's frameworks are written.

Most AI policy work in India right now falls into one of two camps: ignored completely, or written by a legal team with little visibility into how the tools are actually used day to day. Aditi started Oregula to sit in the middle of that gap, close enough to the product and engineering reality to write something a team will actually follow, and close enough to the regulatory picture to make it hold up when someone asks.

Oregula currently works directly with founders and compliance leads across SaaS and BFSI companies in India, with plans to extend to US and EU clients as the practice grows.
